three.store Terms of Sale

How sales work on three.store. Pricing, payment, shipping, taxes, auto-ship, and the role of the brand storefront in every transaction.

> These are the Terms of Sale for three.store, the curated multi-brand > wellness marketplace. They cover how transactions work between you, > three.store, and the brand storefront that actually processes your > order.

1. How sales on three.store work

three.store is a curated multi-brand marketplace. When you click "Buy" on a three.store product page, checkout completes on the brand's official storefront. You are buying the product directly from that brand. three.store is a referrer / curator and does not itself process the payment, take possession of the inventory, or ship the order.

The four brand storefronts that handle three.store checkout today:

The brand's own Terms of Sale, payment, and fulfillment policies apply to your order. three.store is not a party to that transaction.

2. Pricing

Prices on three.store are shown in US dollars (USD) and reflect each brand's most recent retail price at the time of display. Brand pricing can change without notice; we make every reasonable effort to keep three.store in sync but the price at the brand's checkout is the binding price for your order.

3. Payment

Payment is collected by the brand at checkout on their storefront. three.store does not see or store credit card numbers. Available payment methods depend on the brand (most accept Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, PayPal, and Apple Pay / Google Pay).

4. Taxes

Sales tax, VAT, and any import duties are calculated by the brand at checkout based on your shipping destination, and added to the brand's order total.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped directly by the brand. Shipping costs, methods, and expected delivery times are disclosed by the brand at checkout and on your order confirmation. three.store does not control shipping speed, carrier choice, or order fulfillment.

6. Auto-ship / Smart Ship programs

Several brands offer recurring auto-ship programs (THREE iii International calls theirs "Smart Ship"; others may use different names). When you enroll at checkout, you agree to set up automatic shipments at the cadence and fees disclosed at enrollment. You can cancel or modify any auto-ship program at any time through your account on the brand's storefront — three.store cannot cancel or modify auto-ship on your behalf.

7. Availability and substitutions

three.store may show products that are temporarily out of stock at the brand. If you click through and find a product unavailable, please contact the brand's support team or email support@three.store and we will help you find an in-stock alternative.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by each brand's Return & Refund Policy. See the three.store Return & Refund Policy page for a summary across all brands on three.store, and contact details.

9. Limitation of three.store's role

three.store provides the marketplace, the curation, and the product information you see on three.store. three.store does not warrant any product carried by any brand, beyond accurately linking to the brand's storefront where the brand's own warranty (if any) applies.

10. Disputes

For any dispute about an order — billing, shipping, product condition, returns — first contact the brand whose product you bought (using the email on your order confirmation). If the brand cannot resolve the issue, email support@three.store and we will help mediate.

11. Changes to these terms

three.store may update these Terms of Sale at any time. The version posted at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase.
