  • Panax Ginseng Extract

    Adaptogen and energy support.

    A traditional adaptogen with some evidence for blood sugar control. The ginsenosides may support insulin sensitivity, but the dose and standardization are not disclosed publicly.

  • Saffron Extract (Safranal and Crocin)

    Appetite and mood support.

    Some research supports modest appetite and mood effects from saffron. Most of the satiety benefit appears to be mood mediated rather than direct GLP activation.

  • Humulus Lupulus (Hops) Extract

    Bitter acids, light GLP-1 support.

    Iso alpha acids from hops have shown a small GLP-1 nudge in early studies. The evidence is thin, and the dose used here has not been independently validated.
